Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Defect
In the event of receiving a defective item, please contact us at hello@shopcomfortrepublic.com with photographic reference and a description of the defects to receive a replacement pair. Due to sanitary reasons, any worn/unsealed items are not required to be returned.
Refund
We ONLY accept refunds for defective or unopened items within 30-days of receiving your order. For purchases of more than 1 pair, the remaining pairs must be unopened upon return. Customers will bear the costs of return (shipping, postage, etc.) for any refund request.
Exchange
We ONLY accept returns for unopened items (due to sanitary reasons) within 30-days of receiving your order. For purchases of more than 1 pair, the remaining pairs must be unopened upon return. Free return for first time exchange.
Ultimately, all returned/refunded items are required to comply with the terms and conditions as listed:
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with tags still intact (remain sealed).
- Items must be in their original condition; not soiled, washed, altered, or worn at all.
- Customers will bear the costs of return (shipping, postage, etc.) for any refund request.
- Exchanges and Refunds are only applicable if one (1) pair from the bundle is opened, while the rest remain sealed upon return (this is to uphold proper hygienic standards).
Comfort Republic reserves the right to reject refund and exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with any of the stated terms and conditions.
